It has always been a popular location to cheer on the Camp Quality Convoy and this year the
Lake Illawarra Hotel, Windang is the location for a contributor fun day.
From the Camp Quality Windang Contributors Fun Day Facebook event listed by Belinda Harkness:
WINDANG has always been a huge participant on CONVOY day each year with huge crowds lining the side/s of the road to wave & wish everyone well as truck after truck roll by.
Recently a group of locals deeply affected by the cause came up with the idea to hold our own local contributor day to raise extra funds."We always felt like we wanted to continue the fun once the convoy went through each year but a lot of us found it too difficult to make it through the crowds to Albion Park". One local said.
So NOW WINDANG IS HOLDING IT'S OWN FESTIVITIES :)
The event will be held at Lake Illawarra (Windang) hotel 15th Nov. Immediately after Convoy & onwards into the afternoon.
There'll be loads of entertainment (e.g. jumping castle, music, face painting, sausange sizzle, stalls etc.. etc..) & Live music (subject to council approval) all day.Sooo pleeeease spread the word!
ALSO, We really need donations for the raffle/auction etc.. Could your workplace or someone u know donate something? Anything is welcome :). A very good cause I'm sure you'll agree!
If you would like to volunteer, donate any products or services for the Funday raffles and/or auction please contact Belinda Harkness or leave a comment on the Event listing on Facebook
Adobe Lightroom presets
Preview and apply a Develop preset
A set of default presets are listed in the Presets panel of the Develop module.
Create and apply Develop presets

In this tutorial I will show how I can select images in Adobe Bridge and apply Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) presets within Bridge and then open those files in Adobe Camera Raw with the presets already applied. I can then either save the files, edit them in ACR or open the files in Photoshop. If you are processing 300 photos from the same session with similar lighting and camera settings then developing or applying a preset for one photo and applying it to similar photos may save hours of processing time. In the screenshots below you can see my workflow on four images selected in Adobe Bridge and edited with Adobe Camera RAW
Step 1: Bridge - What is it?
Adobe Bridge comes bundled with Adobe Photoshop CS2 and CS3. It works better on computers that have a lot of memory and hard disk space and is a great way to view and organise your files. It also allows you to view, rate, add keywords, add metadata - and best of all it allows you to apply presets and see a live preview of what your photos would look like with such presets.
