Food photography is a passion of mine. I love dining out and capturing the art on my plate, dining out
with other foodies and sharing my culinary experiences. With a camera by my side acting as a visual aid.
I primarily shoot with available natural light but there are some times when inspiration hits after the sun
goes down and I bring out my strobist gear and use flash guns and umbrellas to mimic natural light.
My photos have been published in magazines around the world, including Avocado in South Africa which
featured an article on Pomegranates as a Superfood.
I have written a number of articles on food photography and I am available one-on-one as food photography tutor.
