A great environment to dance the night away to music that is appropriate for children of all ages and includes food and drink.

What's cooler than sculptures (most reverse garbage) on the beach with many resembling people, animals, architecture , conceptual or abstract.
Every year I look forward to the Thirroul Seaside Arts Festival and its Sculptures On The Beach exhibition. This year I was held up and arrived at sunset (best time for photos other than sunrise!) and found most of the exhibits were packed up. Doh! Oh well... with the help of a lovely lady and my waving wildly I was able to ask three exhibitors to re-install their works so I could take some photos and video interviews. I had so much fun and it was so lovely being there at the golden hour - that magical time before the sun sets which lends its golden light on faces with a backdrop of a pastel sky. There is nothing like it! Especially when it fades so quickly into night. I love it!
So, without any further ado - here are a few photos I took - straight out of camera
The festival is on the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday of April and is a great way to spend your day. Free, fun and kid friendly with the interactive exhibits such as delight, educate and inspire!
